As a Product Manager at Microsoft, I am passionate about creating and delivering cutting-edge solutions that address customer needs and deliver business value. I have 14+ years of experience in business and IT, with a strong background in digital transformation, product management, and business strategy.
I have successfully executed projects for various industries and large enterprises, leveraging my skills in customer requirements gathering, technical prioritization, feature analysis, and agile methodology. I am currently working on building Enterprise Scale Product for the large Customer, a platform that enables seamless and personalized experiences across devices and channels. I am also a startup mentor at Newchip Accelerator, where I provide guidance and support to early-stage entrepreneurs in the fields of EdTech, Retail, and Travel & Tourism. I hold an MBA from the Indian Institute of Management Ranchi, and several certifications, including ITIL, INSEAD Online Business Strategy and Financial Acumen, and Microsoft Digital Transformation. I have been awarded the Microsoft Circle of Excellence - Platinum Club 2016, and delivered various sessions at Microsoft Ready.
