I am passionate learner with strong business acumen, people skills and 8+ years of experience in the entire HR domain. I have experience of setting up entire HR function, process and policies and managed complete employee life cycle for two Start-ups and played a vital role in building both Thence and Awign teams. Now I am heading HR department @Awign- a series B funded startup with 350+ employees. I have done MBA from Cochin University of Science and Technology campus and was awarded Netherlands Government’s NFP fellowship in 2017 for completing the Executive Development Program on Mastering Leadership at Maastricht School of Management in the Netherlands. I also have vast volunteering experience with NGOs and international organizations and currently serving as Global Youth Peace Ambassador under Commonwealth Youth Peace Ambassadors’ Network. I was privileged to represent India in the South Asian Youth Conference held in Nepal, Rome Youth Conference held in Italy. My vast cross-cultural experiences have made me a strong strategic thinker and a people leader in HR.
