As an Instructional Designer, I design and deliver engaging and effective e-learning programs using the Kirkpatrick model to evaluate the impact and outcomes. I have trained over 500 professionals in communication skills, such as presentation, negotiation, persuasion, and feedback, enhancing their performance and productivity. I have over 5 years of experience in the informal education sector, working as an English Language Trainer at Inspire Pakistan and a Language Teaching Consultant at GIZ Pakistan. I have developed and implemented innovative and customized curricula for diverse groups of learners, ranging from students to refugees. I hold an MPhil in Public Policy from Riphah International University and a Bachelors in Electrical, Electronics and Communications Engineering from COMSATS University Islamabad. I am passionate about empowering people through education and communication, and I constantly seek new opportunities to learn and grow as a trainer and a leader.
