I manage large scale transformation programs involving multiple domains across 170 countries for a AI related tool, leading cross-functional teams and working with stakeholders to drive successful program delivery. My expertise lies in understanding business requirements and translating them into actionable plans for technical teams to implement. As a Stanford Certified Project Manager (SCPM) and a Project Management Professional (PMP), I have a proven track record of delivering large scale complex projects on time and within budget, as well as managing post-implementation support and maintenance. I'm the first person in Pakistan's history to reach 10 patents and publications at IBM and got awarded with a patent plateau achievement recognition. Also recognized by IBM for my contributions to the company's knowledge base and thought leadership. My portfolio includes over 90 projects, many of which were valued at over $1 billion. I am passionate about converting business strategies into reality and creating value for clients. In my free time, I enjoy endurance cycling, long-distance running, scuba diving, and hiking. I have also participated in marathons around the world.
