I've conducted over 500+ mock interviews, which has deeply familiarized me with the intricacies of tech hiring processes. Beyond my role at Amazon & Microsoft, I've been actively involved in mentorship through different platforms since 2020, where I've notably contributed to Kickoff sessions, developed educational content and conducted mock interviews. These Kickoff sessions are pivotal, as they mark the first interaction trial fellows have with technical mentors. My role involved evaluating clients during their 2-week trial period, providing them with the guidance and confidence needed to transition from trial fellows into full-paid fellows. This experience has honed my ability to connect with, inspire, and convert potential candidates by showcasing the value and impact of the program. Moreover, my involvement with mock-interview platforms as a Coach and Mock Interviewer has allowed me to refine my approach to mentoring, tailoring it to meet individual candidate needs effectively. It’s noteworthy to mention that I have successfully mentored over 80+ engineers for the FAANG-level companies interview process and over 350 for non-FAANG, a direct result of the personalized coaching and strategic guidance provided to each candidate.
