About me

A professional with over 6+ years of experience in diverse business development and consulting, and project management with strong expertise in governance, quality assurance, managing project lifecycles, and data analytics in corporate and development sector projects. Over the years, he has enhanced proposal and report writing, presentation and communication skills with the ability to interact with key stakeholders at all levels. He has turned proposals into successful bids for clients such as DFID, UNDP, CARE International, IFC, World bank, and WaterAid, among others. He holds a Master’s Degree of Science in Public Health from Quaid-i-Azam University. Additionally, he holds a Bachelor’s degree as a Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM). He demonstrates proven experience of the application of various monitoring and evaluation approaches and designs using qualitative and quantitative research methods and tools. His portfolio includes multiple evaluations, on a wide spectrum of themes, in the social development sector. More recently, he has played pivotal roles in several UNICEF-funded projects in the capacities Evaluation Coordinator and Evaluation Project Manager. Dr. Hasni has extensive experience of data collection nationally and internationally as a Principal Researcher (Monitoring and Evaluation). He has also worked in regions including the Middle East & North Africa (Yemen), WCARO (Ghana, Guinea, Mali, Niger, Nigeria, Guinea Bissau, Central African Republic and Chad), and South Asia (Pakistan), in addition to a few others. He has worked on several local and global issues like Gender Equity, Community Development, Water Security, Health, Governance, Education, and a spectrum of other social realms. Dr. Hasni has excellent research, analysis and proposal development skills. He is proficient in conducting both primary and secondary research studies, and has significant expertise in developing monitoring and evaluation frameworks. He is proficient in software and tools including SPSS and MAXQDA, and has used them to analyze quantitative and qualitative data.
