This is a 90-minute working session. Not a discovery call. Not a coaching conversation. Not a pitch dressed as consultation. We spend the time mapping how work actually moves through your business - from lead to delivery to follow-up - and identifying the one root constraint that is causing most of the dysfunction.

You leave with a clear diagnosis and a specific prescription. A written summary follows within 24 hours.

What happens in the session:

We map the actual operational flow of your business - how decisions get made, where execution stalls, and at how many points the whole thing still depends on you being in the room.

We use a structured diagnostic framework to find the root constraint. Not the symptom you arrived with. The thing underneath it.

We name it. We test it against your experience. And then we talk about what it would take to fix it - specifically, in plain language, with a realistic timeline.

What you receive after the session:

A written Clarity Session summary delivered within 24 hours. It covers what you told me, what I observed, the root constraint I identified, what happens if it stays unresolved, and a specific recommended next step.

This document alone is worth the session. Most founders have never had their operational situation diagnosed in writing before.

If it is, we move. If it is not, you still leave with a clear diagnosis and a written summary you can act on independently.
