Bring the thing that is actually bothering you: a retrieval design you are not sure about, an agent loop burning tokens, a vendor decision you cannot get comfortable with, a cloud bill that stopped making sense.

I will tell you what I would do, what I would check first, and whether this is bigger or smaller than you think it is.

Audio only, camera off. Google Meet by default, or I will ring your phone instead if you say so when you book. No screenshare, no deck, no preamble.

Twenty minutes is a hard stop. If it turns out you need the hour or a written review, I will say so and you can book that instead.
