4. We go through the parts that make an agent reliable: skills (saved instructions the agent follows every time), subagents (one agent handing work to the next), MCP servers (the connectors that let an agent use your real tools and data), hooks (rules that run automatically so nothing gets skipped), and the checks that stop an agent doing something you did not approve.

5. You leave with the first build step, small enough to finish this week.
