Premium Job Search Tracker with mukesh

1) Daily Tracker Pro

• Each day has 8 categories. Each category has 5 micro-steps (Yes/No).

• Your Category Score is the % of micro-steps completed (0–100%).

• Your Daily Score is the average of all Category Scores.

• Perfect-Day Streak increases only when your Daily Score is 99%+ (all micro-steps).

2) Weekly Summary

• Automatically aggregates your category completion for each week (7-day blocks).

3) Monthly Summary

• Monthly trend + 30-day rolling average to avoid ‘one bad week’ distortions.

4) Dashboard

• Shows your key KPIs, latest week performance, and monthly trend.

Interview Probability Score (IPS)

• IPS is a heuristic indicator (not a promise). It uses your last 30 days of activity + pipeline hygiene.

• You can adjust weights in the hidden Config sheet (advanced users).

Premium Tips

• Use the Job Search Pipeline like a CRM. Follow-up discipline matters more than volume.

• If you’re behind on Health or Productivity, raise consistency before increasing volume.
