As a Talent Acquisition, I am responsible for hiring for various Tech, Data Science and Product Design roles. I use my skills in HR, data analytics, and recruiting to source, screen, and select the best candidates for the company's growing needs. I also collaborate with the hiring managers and the HR team to ensure a smooth and efficient hiring process and a positive candidate experience. I have an M.M.S degree in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration from SHEILA RAHEJA SCHOOL OF BUSINESS MANAGEMENT AND RESEARCH, where I learned the theoretical and practical aspects of HRM, such as organizational behavior, performance management, compensation and benefits, labor relations, and HR strategy. I also completed multiple certifications in Six Sigma, PowerPoint, and Data Analytics from LinkedIn, which enhanced my analytical, presentation, and problem-solving skills. I am always eager to learn new things and apply them to my work. My goal is to put forth my ideas into action and get exposure to various scenarios with high levels of responsibility and challenge at the workplace, that would further enhance my knowledge and professional growth, as well as personal development.
