This space is for those who are studying psychology or already practicing and finding themselves needing support beyond textbooks and formal training. Because knowing the theory and being in the room with people are very different experiences.
You might be navigating self-doubt, imposter feelings, ethical dilemmas or simply wondering how to find your own voice as a therapist. You might also notice your personal patterns getting intertwined with your work and not always knowing how to hold that.
In this space, we reflect on both - the work and the self. We talk about cases (within ethical boundaries), therapeutic approaches and the emotional experience of being a practitioner. I’ll share frameworks, perspectives and lived insights, while also helping you build your own way of showing up in the field.
It’s not supervision in a rigid, evaluative sense but it is thoughtful, honest and grounded guidance as you grow into your role.
