He also serves as Chief Transformation and Innovation Officer at Al Dabbagh Group , Saudi Arabia. He has 20+ years of track record in building and leading global digital technology businesses in Korea, India, the US, and the UK. Mrinmoy's business expertise ranges from software, semiconductor, communications and media-tech. Mrinmoy had prior leadership roles at Cypress Semiconductor, Xchanging, and Onmobile and at Boston-based startup, Senaya, as a co-founder. An eternal student, Mrinmoy holds master’s degree in business management from Stanford Business School as a Sloan Fellow, a post graduate degree (Gold medalist) in industrial management from NITIE, Mumbai and a BE (ECE) from Jadavpur University, Kolkata. As a curious problem solver, Mrinmoy holds 23 US patents and 1 Korean ( IoT patents. In 2004, Mrinmoy was voted top as one of the 10 managers at Cypress and was identified as one of the top 20 next generation leaders in the company. Mrinmoy has been featured in technical magazines in the IoT space and was nominated by Xchanging as a Tech Rock Star in NASSCOM ‘ Mrinmoy is an Industry 4.0 technical consultant to Japan based Asian Productivity Organizations serving 21 member countries. In 2019, he was one of the keynote speakers in Taiwan for productivity conference and also been interviewed by APO on Digital Transformation on Thought Leader series in June 2020. Mrinmoy has been profiled by Business Chief Magazine UK and Technology Magazine APAC in June 2020. Mrinmoy's life mission is to be useful to others and drive positive changes in the world around him. He lives in Korea with his wife and two super curious and hyper active boys aged 8 and 15.
