Mrinal is currently working with Bagmane Developers as Manager for Corporate Finance & REIT profile. He is part of core team for upcoming public listing of the company. Before this he was part of Nexus Malls (A Blackstone Group Company) where he was helping on the similar profile for their upcoming Retail REIT. Earlier to that he was working in Corporate Finance Team at KRC Investment Manager LLP (Manager to Mindspace Business Parks REIT) where he was performing duties of Finance related reporting to various stakeholders in listed space such quarterly reporting, compliance reporting, credit rating reporting and others. He was part of the core team involved in recently REIT listing process. In his first Job at HDFC Bank, Mumbai for about two years as a Financial Analyst (Manager) under the Wholesale banking division where he was responsible for performance measurement, behaviour analysis, budgeting process, cost-benefit analysis, benchmarking evaluation and report automation. Also, he got rich internship experience in Internal & Statutory Audit in industries such as infrastructure, financial services, hospital, and entertainment.
