And when it comes to product support- I've managed User Support, Advertising Partner Support, Global Vendors, Localization, and Product Research Teams for the largest text-heavy UGC platform in the world Quora. But it's not just my experience that sets me apart. With a background in English Literature and a PGDM in Marketing, I bring a unique perspective to the table. I'm able to communicate effectively and think creatively, which has been instrumental in working with cross-functional teams like Legal, Finance, People, Engineering, and Product.
