Believe it or not most companies filter out 90% applications by glancing at the portfolio itself. After interviewing over 100s of designers, I have come across a few principles which can make your portfolio standout and present your work with a story. With the competition in design increasing, your story has to be so impactful that it leaves a mark in recruiters head and they can't ignore your application.
Consider it my way to give back to the community. I want to work with young designers start and early stage designer build a solid foundation of their career and land better job opportunities.
PS: I want to give it for free but put an entry level to filter out non-serious folks.
