I build things - products, communities, and connections. My journey has been a mix of crazy ideas, big dreams, failures that hit hard, and lessons that shaped me. If there’s one thing I’ve learned, it’s that building something meaningful is never easy, but always worth it. (Here’s a personal take on my professional journey 👇) 💡 The First (Failed) Attempt: EPIC In my first year of college, I set out to create something big. Inspired by top E-Cells across India, a group of 30 of us came together to build GCT’s first entrepreneurship club. We had structure, vision, and even investor interest. Eight months of effort - strategizing, pitching, and laying the groundwork - only to realize we were ahead of our time. It failed. But that failure wasn’t wasted. It shaped us. Many of us went on to lead other initiatives, and for me, it was just the beginning. 🎤 Finding My Medium: Mics On GCT → The Medium Community During the pandemic, I realized something crucial - students don’t lack skills or talent; they lack exposure. So, along with my friends, I started Mics On GCT, a YouTube channel where we interviewed founders and industry leaders in Tamil, making entrepreneurship and engineering relatable to students. What began as a content initiative soon evolved into a thriving community. Today, it has transformed into The Medium Community - a space for innovation and a stage for innovative products. 🐘 Jumbo AI – Innovation for Impact Besides all these, one article in The Hindu changed everything. It talked about elephant deaths on railway tracks and the urgent need for AI-driven solutions. That’s when my friends and I started working on Jumbo AI - an ambitious research project to detect elephant footfall vibrations and prevent collisions. This project taught me not just about AI & signal processing but it was about leveraging technology for real-world impact. 🚀 Scaling Up: Nunnari Labs All these collective efforts and experience brought me to Nunnari Labs. Fresh out of college, I joined as a Project Manager at this AI solutions startup in Coimbatore. From strategizing market positioning to closing deals, managing projects, and scaling the organization, I’ve never felt like just an employee - I’ve been a builder. The past year at Nunnari Labs has taught me more than all my college years combined. 🌟 Why Do I Do This? That’s the big question, isn’t it? Some people have a clear purpose. Some figure it out along the way. But me? Did I find my purpose? Yes. I know exactly where I want to end up in life, but some things are meant to unfold in their own time! Are all these experiences leading me there? Maybe. Maybe not. But until then, I’ll keep exploring, building, and pushing boundaries. Join me in this journey of exploration. 🚀
