Then we will practice.

I have spent years interviewing candidates, preparing candidates for interviews, working with hiring managers, and helping hiring teams evaluate who should move forward.

During our session, I will ask you realistic questions based on the role and give you direct feedback on your answers.

We will work on choosing stronger examples, structuring your stories, explaining your contribution clearly, using results naturally, handling follow up questions, and knowing when to stop talking.

We can also work through STAR stories without making your answers sound memorized.

You should leave knowing which stories you want to use, where your answers need work, and how to walk into the actual interview much better prepared.
