Resume Review & Refresh

Your resume needs to make it easy for a recruiter to understand what you do, what you have accomplished, and why your experience makes sense for the job.

I will review your resume through the same lens I have used while recruiting at companies including Meta and Google.

Before we meet, send me your current resume and, if possible, one to three jobs you are targeting. During our session, we will go through what catches my attention, what gets lost, what creates questions, and what I would change.

We can work through your summary, experience, accomplishments, metrics, formatting, career changes, and individual bullets.

You will leave with specific changes to make, stronger wording where it matters, and a much clearer understanding of how a recruiter is likely to read your resume.

This is not about making your resume sound fancy. It is about making your value easier to see.
