I have 8 years of work experience across launching operations, P&L ownership, e-commence, warehousing and manufacturing operations. In Farmley, I am currently leading the contract manufacturing projects where we aim to standardize processing across the unorganized manufacturing sector of dry fruits, nuts etc and improve the quality with better margins. In OYO, I joined as Launch Manager leading expansion & process design for 'Home' business. Launched first global market in UAE, and later Malaysia setting up framework for Self-Operated business, leading operations of 1500+ properties with a team of 60+ employees in Malaysia. As Revenue Manager, I drove the overall strategy for expansion and profitability, devising and executing plans to improve demand channels.   Previously, in Pfizer, I worked in audits, compliance and program management. In Grofers, I led the warehouse operations for 3 cities and was promoted to lead 'fresh' warehouse operations for south India within 3 months.
