With more than a decade’s experience in product design, I have found my passion in solving complex problems by understanding the user's conscious and subconscious desires and needs. Currently, I am setting up the design team at Opendoor for India. Previously lead a multi-talented design and research team designing experiences for Alerting, Anomaly Detection, Open Telemetry, DataBase Monitoring, Logs and Traces for Cisco’s Full Stack Observability business. As a design leader, I integrate myself in evaluative research and ensure that we are solving the right problems for our users and the business. I also mentor and coach my team in design thinking and future-ready solutions, while setting up design operations and processes. I enjoy collaborating with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to build a sustainable and scalable product and experience. Beyond this, I have a keen interest in behaviourism and ethics in technology and design, reading, writing, and pottery.
