I’m Mouna Louhichi, a coach-in-training, emotional empowerment advocate, and storyteller with roots in Tunisia and a journey that’s taken me far from home—geographically and personally. I work with individuals who feel stuck, unseen, or disconnected from their inner strength. I know what that feels like, because I’ve lived it too. From growing up in a humble home surrounded by strong yet overlooked women, to navigating life abroad with no safety net—I’ve built resilience, empathy, and a deep belief that everyone deserves to be heard, seen, and supported. As a coach (currently pursuing ICF ACC certification), I help people reconnect with their potential, rewrite limiting narratives, and move forward with clarity and self-trust. My approach is grounded, compassionate, and always human-first.
