Prior to going out on my own, I’d: → Been hired by unicorn FinTech and leading fintech company in debt management with operations in more than 10 countries in Asia, as Regional HR Head → Spent 10+ years in Training & Coaching in corporate environment → Received 5 promotions in 5 years, from Training Manager to Regional Head of HR → Was flown around 7 countries to conduct training, coaching, lead HR projects, host quarterly business meetings → Earned my MBA from Singapore Management University in Dec 2016 → Fully working from home in Singapore from 2019 to 2022 and taking care of 2 kids at home, and got promotion 4 times Personal interests: SUP, meditation, lifestyle design, cooking
