As an Instructional Designer at UNext Learning, Manipal Education and Medical Groups I design and structure courses or training for various domains, such as health sciences, data science and business analytics. I ensure that learners have the best learning experiences possible while they achieve their learning goals. With the help of Articulate 360, Abobe Captivate and other e-learning development software, I create scripts, storyboards, and microlearning videos that are interactive, relevant, and effective. I also quality-check the content and the e-tutorials, and curate additional learning resources for the learners. I collaborate with stakeholders and clients to plan and track the project life-cycle, and deliver high-quality products on time and within budget. I am also a STEM educator, with a BSc.BEd in Mathematics and Science Education from the Regional Institute of Education, and a Cuemath Teacher Expert certification. I have taught mathematics to middle school students at The Pupil Saveetha Eco School and Cuemath, using innovative and personalized methods that foster conceptual understanding and problem-solving skills. I am currently pursuing an MBA in Data Science and Business Analytics from the University of Mysore, to enhance my knowledge and skills in this domain, and to apply them to create more engaging and impactful learning solutions. I am passionate about learning and teaching, and I aspire to make a positive difference in the education sector through my work.
