Backend Engineering & Career Guidance with Mostafijur

This is a 1:1 session for software engineers who already have some development experience and want to discuss their backend career direction or technical priorities.

We can talk about your current role, where you want to move next, skills you should strengthen, preparation for a job switch, or moving towards senior or lead responsibilities.

If useful, we can also discuss backend areas I’ve worked with directly, including PHP/Laravel, APIs, databases, AWS, application performance, and scaling production systems.

My background is primarily in PHP/Laravel and backend SaaS development, so the discussion will be based on practical experience rather than generic career advice.

This session is intended for career and technical direction. Detailed code reviews, architecture reviews, and mock interviews will be handled through separate sessions.
