I also absolutely enjoy creating engaging sales playbooks and objection-handling guides to enhance their selling game. I've been on both sides of the game - once the deal-closer, sealing agreements and driving revenue; now, crafting growth objectives, pipeline expansion campaigns, and those assets that make customers think, 'Yep, this is exactly what I need!' At Freshworks, I helped drive revenue for North America and watched it grow from a startup to a successful IPO. I'm always hungry to learn more, so I returned to school for a Marketing Master. Now, I focus on creating industry-specific narratives at Informatica, collaborating with product teams to identify new opportunities to provide value to our customers and build strategies around them.
