This structured roadmap program is designed for professionals navigating career direction, role alignment, and long term growth within DevSecOps, platform engineering, GRC and security driven engineering environments.

The program includes:

• One Initial Career Roadmap Session
• Two Follow Up Alignment Review Sessions

The Initial Session focuses on:

• Current positioning across skills, experience, and role alignment within target domains
• Key gaps between current trajectory and target roles
• Directional pathways toward DevSecOps, GRC, platform engineering, or leadership-aligned tracks
• Prioritization of learning areas and elimination of unnecessary effort or learning noise
• Underlying career decision patterns affecting long-term alignment

The Follow Up Review Sessions focus on:

• Review of progress and alignment with the original roadmap
• Evaluation of decision paths and priority adjustments
• Validation of technical and architectural direction where relevant to role growth
• Selective updates to the roadmap based on evolving goals, tooling, or AI-driven workflow changes
• Refinement of next steps and learning focus for execution clarity

This is a systems based advisory approach grounded in real world engineering, security, platform, and organizational experience, not generic career counselling or hands on implementation support.

You will be required to complete personality and cognitive assessments and upload the reports while booking the session. These inputs help refine learning and decision patterns so the guidance is aligned with how you process and apply information.

To keep progress structured and focused, ad hoc chat support is not provided between sessions. Participants are encouraged to maintain a simple Log of learning observations for discussion during scheduled review sessions.
