I have a strong passion for global inclusion, diversity, and employee resource groups. I have been leading a number of initiatives to promote diversity and inclusion at my workplace, while also giving back to the community in my own way. I have conducted several workshops and webinars on workplace diversity, mentorship, and inclusion. I have been actively involved in conferences, forums, and events to share best practices in workplace diversity and inclusion and to make sure that everyone feels safe and respected in their workplace. I am a mentor and speaker and have worked with various organizations and companies to create meaningful change in the workplace. I am committed to sharing my knowledge and experience with organizations and individuals to create a more inclusive environment. I am also an advocate for working mothers and have been actively involved in initiatives to promote their recognition and success in the workplace. I am passionate about creating a more inclusive and diverse workplace and believe that there is still much work to be done to achieve this.
