16 years of experience in Mechanical, Mechatronics and Control technologies with the following competencies : - Control systems design for precision motion systems (linear/nonlinear feedback and feedforward control strategies), frequency domain tuning and loop shaping for high servo performance. - State feedback control, Kalman filters and Disturbance Observers - Filter design and signal processing - FFT, PSD, FRF's and System Identification - FEM analysis focusing on Dynamic FEM simulations like multibody, modal, harmonic, substructuring, transient and explicit dynamics. - Dynamic modeling and Simulation using MATLAB/Simulink. - Hardware and software integration – Experience with interfacing sensors with data acquisition hardware including DC motors, AC servo motors, accelerometers, hall effect sensors, pressure transducers. - Working with cross functional teams and trouble-shooting,servo,dynamics, mechanical, electrical and software issues during product integration. - Mechanical design including selection and arrangements of bearings, linear motion guideways, ball screws and couplings.
