About me
I am an MBA student in 2nd year at IIM Mumbai pursuing OSCM. I interned at Dr. Reddy's Laboratories under Operations Excellence at the CTO-03. I successfully estimated the manpower and machine capacity needed for products with unusual demand trends, creating an Excel-based capacity model. Through rigorous scenario analysis, I evaluated various proposed solutions, identifying and eliminating non-value-adding (NVA) activities. Additionally, I implemented a full kitting pilot, which significantly reduced the identified NVA time lapses. I am a Mechanical Engineering graduate from IITRAM Ahmedabad. I Scored 99.99 percentile in Gate Mechanical'23 (AIR-47).
