I am a Senior Software Engineer at Netflix, where I work on the Observability Team, developing solutions to monitor and troubleshoot the performance and reliability of Netflix applications. I use technologies such as Scala/Java, AWS, Kafka, Flink, and Atlas, an open-source telemetry platform that I contribute to. I am passionate about observability and its role in enabling innovation and customer satisfaction. Previously, I was a Principal Software Engineer at Salesforce, where I helped to build the Observability Cloud, a platform that provides metrics, logs, traces, events, and alerts for enterprise applications. I also participated in open-source projects, such as opentelemetry-java, to advance the state of the art in observability. Before that, I spent more than three years at Amazon Web Services (AWS), where I was involved in developing and launching AWS Pinpoint, an omni-channel marketing and messaging platform. I published multiple AWS blogs and received a US patent for my work on constructing autonomous workflows. I have a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Information Technology from Savitribai Phule Pune University. I have a strong background and interest in serverless computing, AWS, and MySQL.
