This involved shifting from contract manufacturing and building a component-level India-China supply chain while navigating evolving BIS (Bureau of Indian Standards) regulations—key milestones that helped the company raise $5 million in Series A funding. - At Rivigo, as one of the first hires in the Part Truck Load business (Zoom), I scaled network capacity 20x (from 20 to 400 tonnes/day in North India) and expanded the First & Last mile network from 2,000 to 16,000 pincodes to support rapid growth. - At Procter & Gamble, I led delivery of PQCD (Productivity, Quality, Cost, Delivery) for India Shave Care (1.5 billion blades and razors annually) across two large plants, managing teams of 100+, gaining exposure to best-in-class manufacturing. - I founded Bluetick, a skill-first hiring platform for young professionals, growing it to 10,000+ users and raising $200K in funding.
