I currently work at Nagarro, a global software development and consulting company, where I lead and coach agile teams across various domains, such as hospitality, retail, telecom, healthcare, and travel. As a certified SAFe 4.6 Agilist and Agile Coach, I have successfully implemented and frameworks, such as Scrum and Kanban, in complex and distributed environments. I have also leveraged my skills in PM tools, such as Azure DevOps, JIRA, and Confluence, to facilitate project planning, execution, and reporting. Additionally, I have a strong background in development, application servers, and cloud platforms, which enables me to understand and support the technical aspects of the projects.
