I work on building AI systems that go beyond prototypes and actually hold up in production. Currently, I’m working on AI agent platforms at Red Hat, where the focus is on making AI more practical and usable in real-world enterprise environments. A lot of my work sits around agents, Generative AI, and designing systems that can not just respond, but take actions and operate reliably at scale. Before this, I was with Mercedes-Benz Research and Development India, where I worked on building and shipping AI/ML products end-to-end. This included NLP, speech systems, deep learning, and automation solutions - mostly with a strong emphasis on solving real business problems rather than just experimentation. I’ve also invested quite a bit in building a solid academic foundation in AI, with degrees from Indian Institute of Technology Kanpur and Birla Institute of Technology and Science Pilani, and I’m currently pursuing a PhD focused on multi-agent systems. Over time, I’ve found myself naturally leaning towards thinking in terms of systems rather than just models - how things scale, interact, and behave outside controlled environments. My core areas: • AI agents and multi-agent systems • Generative AI and LLM-based applications • NLP, ASR, and multimodal systems • End-to-end AI product development I also spend time working with and contributing to open-source tools. I believe a lot of meaningful progress in AI is happening in the open, and it’s something I like being part of.
