I'm an AI Product and Business Analysis consultant based in Riyadh, with 13+ years taking digital products from concept to national-scale delivery across AI, smart mobility, SaaS, and marketplace platforms. I currently lead AI-powered mobility intelligence products at TAHAKOM, supporting Saudi Arabia's smart city and Vision 2030 initiatives including traffic management, regulatory enforcement, fleet tracking, and geofencing platforms across multiple government entities. Before that, I was Head of Products at Yarno Technologies, where I led a team of 20 across SaaS and marketplace platforms connecting 10 universities and 5,000+ students with employers. I work with founders, product teams, and organizations who need to turn an ambiguous or technically complex problem in AI product strategy or business analysis into something buildable. Sessions are hands-on: bring a real problem, and we work through it together. Book a session below if you want a second opinion on a product decision, help scoping requirements for a new initiative, or an outside perspective on setting up a product/BA function from scratch.
