As a Human Resources Professional, I lead and manage the HR functions for one of the UAE's leading providers of world-class fertility services. I have an MBA in Human Resources Management and Services, and over 12 years of HR experience majorly with healthcare. I have also worked in real estate, consulting and outsourcing industries during my initial career. My core competencies include managing the end-to-end HR operations and Administration which includes Recruitment, onboarding and offboarding, HR compliance with UAE labor law, administering employee benefits and relations, and facilitating learning and development initiatives. I have experieince in preparing and presenting manpower status reports and budget. In addition, I have knowledge in HRMS solutions and have been exposed to various HRMS solutions throughout my career, and acted as an advisor to different departments on HR issues.
