Hi! I am Azim. I have an ability to thrive in high-pressure situations, resulting in achieving complex project targets in short spaces of time, whether it be completing a task by an imminent deadline that affects my superiors in a work environment, or ensuring the completion of a project allocated to a team I am part of. I am known to possess strong presentation and organisational skills and also, exhibit leadership and influential persona. My practices through immersion in global education has allowed me to gain experience in dealing with a wide demographic of people from various parts of the world. This has contributed to a greater understanding and challenging of conventional working practices I have previously held, prompting an interest in Innovation, Business Strategy, Planning and Operations, Financial Modeling and Analysis. My way of working is to discover and consider all points of view regarding a task via thorough discussions with every individual involved in order to maximise the potential outcome of a project’s completion. It is important to learn from those with different cultural backgrounds in advance of managing the operations of a task, so that innovative ways of working can be discovered and incorporated into areas where practices have become stagnant and no longer suit a quick, modern work environment fueled by technological advances.
