From a Non-Reputed College to Salesforce SMTS (Highest Package) — Let’s Write Your Success Story! 👋 Hi, I’m Mohammad Toshif Khan! If you’ve ever felt like coming from a non-tier-1 college puts a glass ceiling on your tech career, I’m living proof that it doesn't. With 9+ years of experience building scalable backend systems and high-throughput cloud infrastructure at top product giants like Salesforce, Oracle, and NCR, I’ve navigated the exact hurdles you’re facing right now. At Salesforce Data Cloud, my core work spans building resilient data synchronization frameworks processing over 3.5 TB/day, optimizing infrastructure costs ($200K+ annual savings), and pioneering Agentic AI & Claude Plugin integrations. Beyond enterprise systems, I hold multiple patents, win global hackathons, and actively mentor engineers to punch above their weight. 🚀 How We Will Work Together (1:1 Interactive Sessions) My sessions aren't generic lectures—they are highly personalized, actionable workshops tailored to your current roadblocks: 🔍 1:1 Resume Breakdown & ATS Optimization: Tired of getting ghosted by recruiters? Let’s revamp your resume together to highlight metrics, technical depth, and impact so it screams "Tier-1 engineer" regardless of your background. 💻 Mock Interviews (Coding & System Design): Experience high-pressure, real-world mock interviews mirroring top product company loops. You’ll get raw, unfiltered feedback on your problem-solving, code quality, and distributed systems architecture. 🗺️ Underdog-to-Top-Product Career Strategy: Want to crack high-paying roles at companies like Salesforce, Oracle, or FAANG-level startups without a pedigree? I’ll share the exact frameworks, cold-outreach strategies, and mindset shifts that helped me land the highest package. ⚡ Backend & AI Engineering Deep-Dive: Stuck on Kafka, Microservices, Spring Boot, or scaling cloud databases? Bring your architectural dilemmas, and let’s solve them live. Your college name doesn't define your ceiling—your skills and execution do. Book a session with me, and let’s engineer your breakthrough! Would you like to tweak any specific part of this narrative or focus more heavily on one of your session offerings (like System Design vs. Resume Review)?
