I’m a Data Modeling Engineer working at the intersection of data, engineering, and AI in the energy industry. I moved from Iran to Norway and went through the full process of breaking into the European job market — including rejections, uncertainty, and figuring out what actually works. Over the past 3+ years, I’ve worked with 25+ individuals, helping them: – land their first job or internship – improve their CV and portfolio – prepare for interviews – fix their job search strategy Most of the people I work with are early-career professionals and immigrants trying to break into the job market in Europe. Common situations I help with: – You’re applying but getting no responses – You don’t know how to position yourself – You’re trying to transition into a new field In parallel, I run a YouTube channel (3,500+ subscribers) focused on career growth and building an international career, where I share practical insights based on real experience. My approach is practical: We focus on what actually moves the needle — not generic advice. If this sounds like your situation, I’m happy to help you figure out your next steps.
