Prior to AIM High, was Founder and CEO of American Petroleum Partners ((APP Operating, APP Midstream, and APP Minerals) which formed a strategic partnership with an $800MM equity commitment from funds affiliated with Apollo Global Management (NYSE: APO) in September’2015 to invest in Oil and Gas Properties in the Appalachian Basin. Under my leadership APP explored and developed Utica Shale before any other operator with 100% success in West Virginia. APP’s assets comprised of ~35,000 total net acres (Marcellus / Utica Shale/ Upper Devonia) and midstream system (Gas Gathering and Water Infrastructure) in Marshall and Ohio Counties of West Virginia. Proud to be associated with Rice Energy (Acquired by NYSE: EQT in 2017) as one of the founding members and served the company as a senior executive. Rice Energy went public in January’2014 with a market capitalization of ~$3 billion which ended up being one of the most successful IPOs of the Energy Industry in recent times. Also serve as a key investor/board member for several oilfield startups & a non-profit foundation (HELLO ALL i.e. Human Empowerment Leads to Lasting Opportunities for All).
