GenAI Token Economics Model

This is the internal Excel framework I created so you can start with an estimate of AI costs before deployment. It helps you visualize the actual unit economics of production.

What’s inside the model:

1. Standard Library: Pre-loaded token benchmarks for common enterprise use cases (e.g., Invoice Extraction, Code Generation etc) so you don't have to start from a blank sheet.
2. RAG Sensitivity: A calculator to visualize how "Retrieval Depth" (3 chunks vs. 10 chunks) impacts your monthly bill.
3. Model Arbitrage: Side-by-side cost comparison of your workload on Gemini 3.0, GPT-5, and Claude 4.6 and most other enterprise models.
4. Unit Economics: Automatically translates abstract token volumes into a "Cost Per User" metric for business cases.
