Over the past decade, I've dedicated myself to experimentation, sifting through the noise to uncover what truly yields results. This has led me to accomplishments including: 🎯 Growing a startup from 0 to a $1.2 billion valuation 🎯 Publishing an app that ranked #2 in the app store 🎯 Designing experiences used by over 10 million users As a result, I've grown tremendously in my career path including: 🥳 Receiving 5 promotions (from intern to Senior Design Manager) 🗣️ Being invited to speak at design conferences and podcasts 💰 Quickly reaching a multi-six-figure income What I’ve learned is that the top 5% of designers, who consistently secure job interviews, receive competitive offers, and earn promotions, often use strategies different from conventional teachings found in bootcamps or online resources. The truth is, there's no one-size-fits-all solution. While core principles exist, they must be tailored to each designer’s unique circumstances, goals, and challenges.
