Throughout my career, I learned that copying what everyone else was doing doesn’t set you apart from the crowd. Instead, I’ve always forged my own path. Over the past decade, I've dedicated myself to experimentation, sifting through the noise to uncover what truly yields results. This has led me to accomplishments including: 🎯 Growing a startup from 0 to a $1.2 billion valuation 🎯 Publishing an app that ranked #2 in the app store 🎯 Designing experiences used by over 10 million users As a result, I've grown tremendously in my career path including: 🥳 Receiving 5 promotions (from intern to Senior Design Manager) 🗣️ Being invited to speak at design conferences and podcasts 💰 Quickly reaching a multi-six-figure income What I’ve learned is that the top 5% of designers, who consistently secure job interviews, receive competitive offers, and earn promotions, often use strategies different from conventional teachings found in bootcamps or online resources. The truth is, there's no one-size-fits-all solution. While core principles exist, they must be tailored to each designer’s unique circumstances, goals, and challenges.
