I am a first generation immigrant to Europe from India, moved here on work after "working" for 8 years in Asia/Australia. By trade, I am a Management Consultant with one of the largest consulting firms in the field of Digital Banking-Financial Services. Coming to Europe, I have seen a serious shortage of highly skilled workforce and there are non-Europeans who would fit in so well but are not sure on where and how to start.
