Salesforce BA Artifacts — Working Session

Most people learn BA artifacts by reading about them. Then they freeze the first time someone asks for a to-be process flow in a live requirements call.

This is a working session, not a lecture. Bring a real requirement from your job, or I'll give you a scenario. In 45 minutes we'll build it out together: a user story with acceptance criteria that a developer could actually pick up, an as-is and to-be process flow, and the gap list — including the gaps that only show up when you map the two side by side.

You leave with the finished artifact, and with the reasoning behind each decision so you can do the next one alone.

Best for: Admins moving into BA work, junior BAs with under two years, and anyone who's been handed requirements documentation without being shown how it's built.
