He holds a Professional Certification in Project In Controlled Environment (PRINCE 2) Project Management, a Masters & Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Advanced Diploma in Human Resources Management. He is currently the Executive Director of Bizpool Africa, were he is primarily involved with Talent Acquisition, Recruitment, Training and Deployment. Bizpool Africa is a subsidiary of ENROYALE Global Services Limited a World Class Management Consulting Company. He is also the Project Manager & Consulting Partner of Crossfield Consulting Group (Abuja- Dubai-Geneva-Paris) where he manages most of the project and programs and works closely with the Chief Strategy Officer and Management Partners. Eromonsele has experience across the financial institution (Banking, Finance and Insurance) and international developmental sectors. He is a Career Development Advisor, Mentor, and Business, Project and Programs Consultant. From 2008-2010, he lectured Financial Management and Business Mathematics at the Centre for Distant Learning of the University of Abuja. He has taken development courses from the likes of Duke University and M.I.T
