Role - Cyber Security Analyst Experience - 3.5+ Years (41months) Job Description - Deployment & Management of 25k+ internal and external certificates in PKI environment (Two-tier PKI Architecture). To provide security services to more than 5000+ end user systems, hundreds of servers in terms of Defender ATP & Bitlocker. Role Responsibilities- (a) PKI - To provide internal and external certificates to end users via Service Now ticketing tool. Daily health checks of PKI servers. To manage any kind of certificate expiry in an internal PKI environment such as-CRL file renewal. To maintain monthly reports and inform relative owners for any kind of cert expiry. Regularly auditing PKI environment to meet regulatory compliance. To secure the keys from any kind of threat. If any P1,P2 provide assistance from the PKI side. (b) BitLocker- To provide BitLocker Recovery Key to the end users from AD, To encrypt any non-encrypted system/server in Nomad environment for achieving 100% compliance, Encryption of laptops, desktops and servers with BitLocker, To resolve incidents and provide support for any BitLocker ticket on Service Now, Maintaining monthly report. (c) Defender - To resolve any kind of alerts triggered on Defender portal, Maintaining daily report of AV Signature deployments in end user machines, To perform monthly scanning activity for servers, Remediation of any kind of threat(viruses, malwares etc). (d) Cross skilling & providing extra support to other security towers (Proxy, Firewall, VPN and Barracuda) when needed.
