There is magic hiding inside the most ordinary things. Most of the time, we’re just moving at a really hurried pace.
Standard relaxation advice says: sit quietly and meditate.
Mind full of Colours’ advice: give your restless hands and mind something weird and wonderful to do.
So for October, we’re slowing down the clock.
We’re taking elements so basic they almost feel invisible and turning them into an hour of pure, absorbing wonder.
It’s part riddle, part creative playtime, and part quiet space where the rest of the world has to wait outside.
It starts so small you won’t think much of it, and then before you know it, you’ve made something deeply personal, surprisingly revealing, and wildly calming.
The itinerary is classified until you show up. You don't need to prepare a single thing. Just let yourself be led through the process.
No art lessons.
No critiques.
No need to be perfect.
Just bring:
• A journal or sketchpad
• A really good pen
• Your colour stash
• Basic stationery (scissors, glue, coloured papers, etc.)
• Your messy, honest self
• A little room in your evening for an unhurried delight 🪄
Leave the noise outside. Come hang out on paper instead. 🤍
