Prior to my tenure at Johnson & Johnson, I held key leadership roles in governmental bodies within Lithuania and the European Union, significantly contributing to healthcare policy and management. I co-founded United4Health.LT, a pivotal non-profit initiative that played a crucial role in Lithuania's response to the COVID-19 pandemic.
