● 14+ years of client facing experience in solutions consulting, program management, development, testing and production support. ● Experienced in working for commercial and Federal accounts. ● Lead the consulting team, function in an onsite-Backoffice model and work in a cross functional team to meet customer deliveries. ● Oversee customer journey by building due diligence reports, consumption project plans, creating, and presenting customer objectives and findings. ● Manage multiple projects at the same time and ensure 100% customer satisfaction. ● Help firms to identify vulnerable open software components and reduce the maintenance costs and risks of their applications by providing solutions in alignment to the industry standards; debug and fix defects to ensure defect free application. ● Act as an SME for coding standards and best practices and evaluate the structural quality of global applications. ● Implement Jenkins/Bamboo Integration for process automation and DevOps. ● Perform client-site implementations (on-premises) to ensure prompt delivery and proper resolution of technical challenges. ● Display initiative, self-motivation and deliver high quality work.
