Hi! I have an experience of more than 3 years in dealing with the healing journeys of many clients. I have worked as a book publisher and also as a counselling psychologist. At 'TheraZen' we follow a client focused approach wherein each therapy modality is tailored to their need. I follow an eclectic approach by combining, mindfulness, CBT, EFT and Rogerian therapy.
